§1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between 365pkt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 365pkt online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 365pkt.net. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

365pkt operates under international gaming licensing standards and is committed to providing a fair, secure, and responsible online gaming environment for Pakistani players. The platform offers sports betting — including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, UFC, and other markets — as well as live casino games, slot games, and other gaming products.

365pkt reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. §2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 365pkt platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction applies to all forms of gaming available on the platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and any other gaming products. By registering a 365pkt account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a 365pkt account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide a valid Pakistani mobile phone number (JazzCash, Telenor, Zong, Ufone, or Warid);
• Provide accurate personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC;
• Not already hold an existing 365pkt account under any identity;
• Not be self-excluded from 365pkt or any gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement;
• Be legally permitted to engage in online gaming activity under the laws applicable to your specific jurisdiction and circumstances.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

§3 Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one 365pkt account at any time. Accounts are personal to the individual registrant and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person under any circumstances. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances without appeal.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365pkt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised those actions. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 365pkt support immediately via live chat.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

365pkt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any time at 365pkt's discretion. Required documents may include:

• A clear copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back);
• A selfie photograph holding the CNIC beside your face;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing matching name and mobile number);
• Proof of address if required by the compliance team.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the time period specified by 365pkt may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in cases of non-compliance, account suspension.

§4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

365pkt currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

365pkt may add or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any changes to available payment methods in advance where reasonably practicable.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction;
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name — third-party deposits are not permitted;
• Deposits are credited to your 365pkt wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are available for betting immediately upon confirmation;
• 365pkt does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees;
• Deposited funds used to claim a welcome bonus are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to your verified primary payment account;
• 365pkt targets a withdrawal processing time of 60 minutes for standard verified accounts, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required;
• Withdrawals will not be processed until your account KYC verification is complete;
• 365pkt reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal;
• Any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

§5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

365pkt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL cricket betting promotions. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of opt-in.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is displayed clearly in the promotion details before you opt in. By claiming a bonus, you agree to complete the stated wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal of those funds.

• Wagering requirements count only real-money bets placed on qualifying games after the bonus has been credited;
• Different game types may contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement — contribution rates are shown in the promotion terms;
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are voided, cancelled, or result in a push do not count toward wagering requirements;
• Bonus expiry dates are stated in the promotion terms — any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus balance will be forfeited on the expiry date.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

365pkt reserves the right to void bonuses, reclaim bonus-derived winnings, and suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the promotional system. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematic low-risk betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

§6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 365pkt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting market or game type, as displayed within the platform at the point of placing the bet. General betting rules applicable across all markets include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed — they cannot be amended or cancelled after acceptance unless explicitly permitted by the relevant market rules;
• 365pkt reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error, including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or manual error in odds compilation;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement;
• 365pkt reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per bet, per day, or per event, at its sole discretion;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of 365pkt's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 6.3.

6.2 Cricket & PSL Betting Rules

Given the significance of cricket — and particularly PSL — in 365pkt's product offering for Pakistani players, the following specific rules apply to cricket markets:

• For a match to be valid for settlement, a minimum number of overs (specified per market type) must have been bowled;
• In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or subject to significant interruption (including due to weather), markets will be settled in accordance with the official result, or voided if no official result is declared;
• Live in-play bets accepted after the occurrence of the event to which they relate (due to a data feed delay) may be voided at 365pkt's discretion;
• Specific PSL market rules including player prop markets, innings runs markets, and tournament winner markets are set out in the sports rules section of the platform.

6.3 Disputes

Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised with 365pkt support within 72 hours of the bet being settled. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. §7 Responsible Gaming

365pkt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. 7.1 Player-Controlled Limits

Every 365pkt account includes the following self-management tools, accessible from Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders — Set notifications to remind you of the duration of your gaming session at intervals of your choice.
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, your account is inaccessible and no marketing will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from 365pkt for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

§8 Account Suspension & Termination

365pkt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Operation of multiple accounts;
• Bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software, or any form of gaming fraud;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• A court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority;
• Persistent abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward 365pkt staff.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be preserved during the investigation period. Where an account is permanently closed for cause (e.g., fraud, underage gambling), balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations and the specific circumstances of the violation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 365pkt support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of applicable withdrawal checks.

§9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365pkt's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

365pkt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising from or in connection with the player's use of the platform, even if 365pkt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, 365pkt shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption to the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 365pkt's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events);
• Any bets void due to manifest error in odds compilation;
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to secure their login credentials;
• Any losses arising from a player's use of a third-party device, shared network, or public internet connection to access the platform.

§10 Governing Law & Miscellaneous

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between 365pkt and the player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings of any kind.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by 365pkt in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or privilege. No single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof.

10.4 Amendments

365pkt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, players with registered accounts will be notified by SMS or on-platform notification. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following notification of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
